Call Boy Friend (by Wen Yue) does not use accounts or sign-ups, so there is no password to remove. Your chats and custom boyfriends live on your phone. Here is how to remove everything.
1. Delete data on your phone
- To delete a single conversation, open it in the app and clear the chat history.
- To delete everything, go to Android Settings → Apps → Call Boy Friend → Storage → Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app.
2. Cancel your subscription
Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Call Boy Friend → Cancel subscription.
3. Ask us to delete server-side data
Our servers do not keep your message content after a reply is created. Technical logs (IP address, device model, request times) are deleted automatically within about 30 days. If you want us to delete any remaining data, including purchase records linked to you, email us:
Send it to chaney56231@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Call Boy Friend data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Purchase records that Google or tax law require us to keep are retained only as long as required.
What gets deleted
- Chat history, voice messages and custom characters: deleted from your phone by you (step 1).
- Request logs and any data linked to your device on our side: deleted on request or automatically within 30 days.
- Analytics identifiers: reset your advertising ID in Android settings; GameAnalytics data is anonymous and expires automatically.
