These terms apply to the Call Boy Friend app and the website callboyfriend.ai (the "Service"), provided by Wen Yue. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm that you are.
2. AI characters, not people
All boyfriends, including the ones you create, are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. Their messages and voices are generated automatically. The Service is entertainment and companionship software. It is not a dating, matchmaking, escort, "call boy" or any other real-person service. No one from the Service will call you, meet you or share a phone number, and you should ignore anyone who claims otherwise.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a helpline.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to create sexual content involving minors, or any content that depicts a character as under 18;
- upload photos of real people without their permission, or impersonate real people;
- use the Service for harassment, hate, threats, illegal activity or to generate spam;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or its API, or bypass usage limits;
- resell or redistribute the Service.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You give us permission to process it only to operate the Service, as described in theprivacy policy. AI-generated portraits and replies are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription bought through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; you can also email us and we will help where we can.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
